GETTY Arsene Wenger's phone will be red hot all day today Arsenal were expecting a quiet transfer deadline day with maybe a couple of outgoings. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has joined Liverpool while Alexis Sanchez and Lucas Perez could both still go. But reports this afternoon claim Arsenal have opened talks with Paris St-Germain for German midfielder Julian Draxler.
