Thomas Lemar to Arsenal: Odds slashed on Liverpool target joining Gunners
GETTY Thomas Lemar has been backed to join Arsenal Arsene Wenger spent most of the summer chasing the Monaco winger only to admit defeat a couple of weeks ago. The Gunners boss said Monaco had shut the door on a deal and said their hopes of signing him were “dead”. Liverpool have since attempted to sign Lemar. Anfield chiefs have held talks with their Monaco counterparts and lodged a bid. But punters think Arsenal could have revived their interest.
