Arsenal news: Mesut Ozil plans to quit Gunners - no contract talks since February
Arsenal have made a slow start to the new season since their Community Shield win over Chelsea. Two wins over Leicester and most recently Bournemouth have been overshadowed by abject performances in defeats to Stoke and Liverpool. Contract problems and reports of player unrest in the camp haven’t helped Arsene Wenger’s cause, who has also come under intense pressure from Arsenal fans once again. Alexis Sanchez was subject of heavy interest from Manchester City at the close of the transfer window and it is reported he will seek an exit from the club in the new year.
