Arsenal news: Arsene Wenger sets Santi Cazorla injury comeback date
Cazorla has not played for Arsenal since October 2016 due to an Achilles injury, which he has had needed eight operations on. The Spaniard was given the green light to resume light running earlier this month and has kept fans up-to-date with his recovery via social media. Despite being injured for a long spell, Arsenal awarded Cazorla a one-year contract extension but he was not included in Arsenal’s Premier League list for the upcoming season due to uncertainty when he will be back.
