Jack Wilshere has revealed one of his biggest mentors was Cesc Fabregas Jack Wilshere was a product of the Arsenal academy and made his step up to the first-team in 2008 at the age of 16. He was the Gunners’ youngest debutant, taking the record from Cesc Fabregas, and looked to have a huge future ahead of him at the Emirates.
