Arsenal news: Besiktas ‘promised’ Mesut Ozil talks in January - Man Utd could swoop
Ozil, 28, has less than 10 months remaining on his current contract at Arsenal and looks destined to leave by the end of the season. The Germany international will be allowed to hold talks with other clubs in January and could even strike a pre-contract agreement. Manchester United and Fenerbahce have both been linked with moves for Mesut Ozil as they both look to bolster their ranks. But Turkish outlet Fanatik claim Besiktas have now entered the race.
