Arsenal News: Arsene Wenger responds to Troy Deeney comments after Watford defeat
Arsenal let slip a lead to fall to a shock 2-1 defeat to Watford at the weekend. And, speaking after the game, Hornets skipper Troy Deeney blasted the Gunners and club captain Per Mertesacker in particular. "I've heard Wenger's already blaming [the penalty] as the reason for why they lost," Deeney told BT Sport. "Well, I'm not going to be one to tell Mr Wenger about himself, but there's a reason that they lost and it wasn't because of one penalty.
