'Sign new contract', 'Don't leave' - Arsenal supporters desperate for £58.5m-rated star to sign new deal
Alexis Sanchez seems to be biding his time at Arsenal as he prepares to leave the club either in January or at the end of the 2017-18 campaign. One of the hottest forwards in Europe will be out of contract at the end of this season, and it does appear that Arsenal have no hope of convincing him to sign fresh terms. Sanchez is yet to score in five Premier League appearances for Arsenal this season after a stop-start few weeks, but there is no doubting his importance to the team.
