By Paul Brown / Published 12th June 2018 ARSENAL FC Arsenal transfer news: Unai Emery is busy getting down to business The Gunners have bid £26.5m for Sampdoria midfielder Lucas Torreira, who is keen to move to the Emirates this summer. Torreira has a release clause of £22m but Arsenal have offered to pay a higher transfer fee so long as they can pay in instalments. They are also in talks over £35m-rated Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu according to the player’s agent...
