Arsenal transfer news: Caglar Soyuncu ‘agrees’ to join and tells agent he wants deal done FREIBURG defender Caglar Soyuncu has verbally agreed to join Arsenal, it has been claimed. By Alex Harris / Published 16th June 2018 Arsenal are looking to strengthen their defence and Soyuncu has emerged as a target for head of recruitment Sven Mislintat. Mislintat has held talks with Freiburg over a potential swoop for the Turkey international. And, according to Calcio Insider, Soyuncu has agreed to join Arsenal and has informed his agent to secure the move.
