Arsenal transfer news: Lucas Torreira deal to be finalised after World Cup - Ornstein ARSENAL are hopeful of agreeing a deal for Sampdoria star Lucas Torreira once Uruguay finish their World Cup campaign. Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Torreira this summer, who scored four goals for Sampdoria last season.
