Lucas Perez has not had the best time of it at Arsenal due to the lack of minutes that he has received. Since moving to the Gunners from Deportivo La Coruna in 2016, the Spaniard has made just 11 Premier League appearances and has only scored once. After his first season at the club, Perez was sent out on loan to Deportivo, where he made 37 appearances in all competitions, scoring nine goals and creating eight assists. Since returning to the North London outfit following his loan switch, speculation has been rife about his future.
