The clock is ticking for transfers to be completed, and it seems that Arsenal want to secure a marquee capture in the next few days. According to Mundo Deportivo, the North London outfit are planning to propose a structured offer to Barcelona for Ousmane Dembele. The talented winger, who is valued at £72m by Transfermarkt, signed for the Catalan giants from Borussia Dortmund last summer. There was plenty of promise surrounding the 21-year-old when he arrived for a fee close to £100m, but a bout of injury and poor form resulted in a lacklustre debut season. Now, Mundo Deportivo reports that Arsenal want to take Dembele on loan for the 2018-19 campaign ahead of a permanent transfer....
