Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has admitted that he has no idea how UEFA's financial fair play laws work. The French tactician actually has a degree in economics. But the Frenchman concedes: 'It depends what you call Financial Fair Play as that notion has changed. 'Is it just your income created by the gates? Is it the gates and commercial?
