After an impressive pre-season in which he even netted the winner against Bayern Munich, Eddie Nketiah admitted that he was 'ready' to fight for a place in the Arsenal first-team for this season. But the Gunners opted to send him out on a season-long loan to Championship side Leeds, and the England U21 international struggled to get significant game-time at Elland Road.
