Premier League 'mini-transfer window' set to majorly impact Arsenal and Chelsea
Premier League clubs have voted on a 'mini-transfer window' that will be specifically designed for out of contract stars. There is a growing consensus that football could return for June 8 with lockdown measures being gradually lifted.
