Mesut Ozil set to miss yet another Arsenal game as club confirms injury
Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil will miss another game for the Gunners as the club prepares to take on Premier League champions Liverpool. The German is yet to play any football for the north London side since the resumption of top-flight football, not featuring in the opening games. And a back injury picked up before the FA Cup win over Sheffield United has kept the 31-year-old out for the last five. It means that Ozil, the club’s most expensive player at £350,000-a-week, has scored just one goal and made three assists this season.
