Edu 'endorses' Philippe Coutinho to Arsenal transfer giving Brazilian exit hope
Arsenal’s technical director Edu has reportedly given the thumbs up for the Gunners to pursue Philippe Coutinho this summer. The Brazilian is being strongly linked with a return to the Premier League. Chelsea were thought to be leading the race for the 28-year-old, but it now appears that Arsenal are keen on the Barcelona outcast. Coutinho has spent the season on loan at Bayern Munich, but the Bundesliga giants will not make his move permanent due to his underwhelming form in Germany.
