Jose Mourinho's assessment of Arsenal's Kieran Tierney 11 months ago was spot on
Arsenal star Kieran Tierney is finally settled now under Mikel Arteta at the Emirates Stadium after an injury-hit start to his Gunners career. And nobody will be less surprised seeing Tierney flourishing for Arsenal than Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese is a big fan of the Scotland international talent, who was signed by Spurs’ north London rivals last summer. Celtic sold the 23-year-old to Arsenal for £25m and he has since endured a disrupted campaign due to injury and the coronavirus crisis.
