Willian is reportedly ‘upset and offended’ by the way Chelsea have handled his contract situation. The Brazilian winger is on the brink of joining Arsenal after agreeing a three-year contract with the Gunners. But Willian appears to be leaving west London with a heavy heart after rejecting Chelsea. According to N, the 31-year-old and his camp feel Chelsea did not try hard enough to keep him at the club.
