Man Utd make late Gabriel Magalhaes approach in bid to hijack Arsenal transfer
Manchester United have made their move at the last minute to stop Gabriel Magalhaes going from Lille to Arsenal. The Gunners’ Premier League rivals have been tracking the 22-year-old talent during the summer. However, the Red Devils have not followed up their interest in the Brazilian until now. Arsenal were reportedly closing in on the signing of Gabriel and some reports suggested he was even due to undergo a medical with the north Londoners on Thursday.
