Willian details 'three-year plan' with Arteta at Arsenal to win Champions League

Willian has explained Mikel Arteta convinced him into signing a three-year deal at Arsenal. The Brazilian opted against signing a new contract with Chelsea after the club were only willing to offer him a two-year contract extension.
