Napoli in talks to sign Arsenal’s Sokratis in big Gunners boost for Gabriel
Arsenal have received a boost in their pursuit of Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes. The 22-year-old is certain to leave this summer after a string of impressive performances in Ligue 1, and the Gunners have led the race alongside Napoli and Manchester United. Mikel Arteta has made no secret of his desire to improve his playing squad before his first full season as a manager, with particular focus on their defence having conceded 48 goals in their last 38 Premier League outings.
