Jurgen Klopp hints Mikel Arteta tactic caused Liverpool problems in Arsenal loss
Jurgen Klopp has admitted that the way Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta set his side up made life difficult for Liverpool in the Community Shield. The Gunners claimed victory over the Reds at Wembley on Saturday, winning a penalty shootout 5-4 after the two sides couldn’t be separated during the 90 minutes. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored once again for Arteta’s side after just 12 minutes, while Takumi Minamino equalised with his first goal for Liverpool with less than 20 minutes on the clock. The Merseysiders enjoyed the majority of possession, but struggled to create many goalscoring chances. Arsenal were set up in a defensive-minded 3-4-3, and regularly had bodies behind the ball....
