Arsenal are hoping to announce Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s new contract before their Premier League curtain raiser away at Fulham on September 12. Aubameyang, 31, has just 10 months remaining on his current Gunners deal, meaning he would be eligible to negotiate a free move abroad at the turn of the year. However, The Mirror claim Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle with their star striker over a new three-year contract worth £250,000 per week.
