Chelsea are ready to hijack Arsenal's move for Thomas Partey in the transfer window. It comes after months of tracking from the Gunners, who had made the Atletico Madrid star a top priority throughout the summer. However, the Wanda Metropolitano outfit have always maintained the midfielder is not for sale. Any attempts to land the Ghana international would be rejected - unless his £45m release clause was met.
