Thomas Partey explains why he will not have 'Partey' on back of Arsenal shirt
Thomas Partey says that he is sticking with the name 'Thomas' on his Arsenal shirt because it's more familiar. Arsenal's new signing has posed in the club's colours for the first time since joining on Deadline Day. But his No.18 will not be accompanied by the name 'Partey'. Speaking for the first time, he said: “I’ve seen that there are Parteys everywhere and even the photographer asked me why I don't use Partey on my shirt. “I said it’s because I started with Thomas and people are familiar with Thomas, so I need to go with Thomas.
