Every Premier League club's tier and how many fans they can have inside stadiums
The new tier system has been announced, revealing which areas will be under different restrictions from December 2. The tiers will take effect at 12.01am from that date, when the national lockdown ends in England. Certain Premier League clubs will subsequently be free to bring back fans into their stadiums for the first time since March. The weekend of Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 will be the first opportunity for supporters to return in the top flight. But not every team will have the benefit of fans being with them straight away. Those clubs who are located in tier 3 areas will continue playing behind closed doors for the time being.
