Arsenal misfit William Saliba willing to take financial sacrifice to secure exit
William Saliba is reportedly willing to make a ‘financial sacrifice’ in order to leave Arsenal. Saliba joined the Gunners in 2019 though spent last season on loan with former club Saint Etienne in Ligue 1. Many thought he would play a key role in Mikel Arteta’s side this season though Saliba has been left out of Arsenal’s Premier League squad. It means his first-team opportunities have been limited with the Frenchman not even featuring in the Europa League. Saint Etienne are looking for a central defender with reports suggesting they could return for Saliba.
