Zidane's Real Madrid January transfer plans could prove disastrous for Arsenal
Real Madrid are reportedly set to rival Arsenal for the signature of Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai in January. Szoboszlai has impressed at Salzburg this season, netting eight goals and providing nine assists in 18 appearances in all competitions, and the 20-year-old has a number of admirers across Europe. Arsenal have been repeatedly linked with him, with the Gunners searching for a creative midfielder after missing out on Lyon's Houssem Aouar over the summer. Salzburg are said to be asking for just £18m for the Hungarian international and, according to a report from German publication Bild, Real Madrid are also interested in the player.
