How Tier 4 Covid-19 announcement will impact Arsenal, Chelsea and London clubs

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced further Covid-19 restrictions, plunging millions into a Tier 4 lockdown. The new restrictions will come into effect from Sunday morning in the most affected areas in London, the South East and the East of England, with non-essential retail closing and people told they must work from home if they can. As a result of the new Tier 4, London's Premier League clubs will not be allowed to have fans in attendance after briefly being able to welcome them back. Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Crystal Palace, Fulham and West Ham United are all affected by the changes.
