Paul Merson has picked out the type of player that could lead to Mikel Arteta being sacked. The former England and Arsenal playmaker has picked out Granit Xhaka’s recent red card as a reason that the Spaniard could end up losing his job later this season. The Switzerland midfielder was sent off for grabbing Ashley Westwood by the throat as Burnley ran out as winners, and that followed a red for Nicolas Pepe in a draw with Leeds and for Gabriel against Southampton.
