Barcelona activate Riqui Puig extension amid exit rumours?

Barcelona are understood to have triggered a two-year extension in Riqui Puig's contract amid talk of the youngster leaving Camp Nou. The midfielder seemed destined to head for the exit door in Catalonia after he was allegedly branded a "leak" by Ronald Koeman when information relating to a possible summer transfer was made public. Arsenal have since been heavily linked with a swoop for Puig, who has only appeared five times in all competitions and is yet to start a game for Barca this season.
