Juventus enter race for Granit Xhaka as Arsenal slap asking price on Swiss star

Juventus are keeping tabs on Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka, should they fail to sign Sassuolo ace Manuel Locatelli this summer. This comes from Italian outlet Calciomercato, who say that Xhaka has agreed terms for a move to Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma, but the Italian club are struggling to meet the asking price. As a result, it opens the door for a move to Juventus, who are eager to bolster their midfield ahead of the new season, where returning manager Massimiliano Allegri will be hoping to regain the Serie A title.
