Arsenal could be richer than Manchester City if a Qatari takeover was to happen following a cryptic tweet. Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani, former president of Al Arabi and current member of the Middle Eastern country’s royal family, sent fans wild with his latest social media activity. Writing to his 136,600 followers, he shared the north London side’s logo with: “The rest of the time. 7 months.” While another tweet earlier in the day read: 'I think it's time to sell. The situation is getting worse than bad. London red.' Since then, it has emerged that the Sports Investment Authority in Qatar would like a Premier League side on their books.
