Arsenal fans will be worried by David Moyes’ stance on £17m Takehiro Tomiyasu
Arsenal fans may be concerned about David Moyes' January comments on Japanese centre-back Takehiro Tomiyasu. The Gunners have been linked with a Transfer Deadline Day swoop for Bologna's young Japanese starlet. Tomiyasu can operate as either a centre-back or a right-back, and Arsenal are expected to deploy him on the right following Hector Bellerin looking set to join Real Betis on loan. However, West Ham were close to securing the services of the 22-year-old in January. But, a proposed deal fell through after Moyes wasn't convinced that Tomiyasu would be a good fit in the Premier League, and he moved onto other options.
