Cristiano Ronaldo text Piers Morgan after netting twice in Man Utd win over Arsenal
Piers Morgan may be the pantomime villain of British television, but he has a friend in Cristiano Ronaldo. The former Good Morning Britain host famously interviewed the Portuguese superstar in December 2020, in what was a fascinating insight into the Manchester United ace’s life. However, Ronaldo’s professionalism and addiction to scoring goals surpasses the bonds of friendship, as Morgan found out the hard way, when Ronaldo scored a brace against the 56-year-old’s favourite team Arsenal.
