Arsenal weighing up flop Man Utd, Chelsea, West Ham and Leicester all turned down
Luke Jovic is on Arsenal's radar despite a string of Premier League rivals passing up the chance to sign him over the last few years. Real Madrid misfit Jovic has been offered on loan to the Gunners and they are considering bringing him in after missing out on Dusan Vlahovic. Fiorentina star Vlahovic is on his way to Juventus in a £63m move, and Arsenal's favoured alternative, Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin, is not available this month.
