Arsenal and West Ham ‘both snubbed Aaron Ramsey’ before Rangers struck loan deal

Aaron Ramsey was sensationally snubbed by West Ham and ex-employers Arsenal before sealing a loan switch to Scottish champions Rangers. And according to reports, the Welshman was also rejected by a plethora of Premier League sides, as the door slammed shut on a move back to England. Ramsey, 31, joined the Glaswegian outfit on Transfer Deadline Day from Juventus and will be available to make his first appearance for the club in Wednesday's Old Firm match against Celtic. The midfield maestro is seen as a real coup for Gers boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst with the Old Lady subsidising wage costs to help finance the six-month loan move.
