Ex-Arsenal and Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas set to join second division team

Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is set to join Serie B side Como after leaving Monaco. The Spaniard, who joined Monaco from Chelsea back in 2019, had his final season in France marred by injury, which saw him make just two Ligue 1 appearances. And following the end of his contract, the 35-year-old left the French club at the end of last season. Fabregas is now expected to sign a two-year deal with second-tier Italian club Como, according to Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
