Arsenal make ‘important' offer for ex-Atletico Madrid star
Arsenal have reportedly tabled an offer for Olympiacos goalkeeper Roberto Jimenez who has a £4.3million release clause in his contract which may cast fresh doubts about David Ospina's future, the Metro reports. Following the arrival of Petr Cech, there was always going to be some changes made to our goalkeeping department and that it's exactly what we've seen. Wojciech Szczesny and Emiliano Martinez have both gone on loan to Roma and Wolverhampton Wanderers respectively though we're now slightly short in terms of senior goalkeepers. David Ospina and Petr Cech remain, however, Wenger has very rarely gone into a grueling season with just two goalkeepers of note that he can call upon....
