Barcelona eye signing of Premier League winger to replace Chelsea new-boy Pedro

Barcelona could try to sign Manchester City winger Jesus Navas as a replacement for Chelsea new-boy Pedro in the January transfer window, according to Mundo Deportivo. The Catalan giants have been under a registration ban imposed by FIFA and will not be able to use any new recruits until the second half of the campaign. They have signed both Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal, but the pair will not be able to feature until 2016. Mundo Deportivo now claim that Barca have other big-name signings in mind for the winter, with Navas one of their main targets to potentially improve their depth out wide after letting Pedro leave the Nou Camp.
