Thierry Henry and Roberto Martinez using drones to film training sessions

Roberto Martinez became Everton manager in 2013 Everton manager Roberto Martinez and former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry have been using drones to film their training and coaching sessions, ex-England international Michael Owen has said. The technology is being used to offer a bird's-eye view of the players involved in a session, making for easier analysis of positioning and movement on the pitch. Former Liverpool centre-forward Owen said in The Guardian: "It's becoming a thing in football now.
