Former PSG star: I've always been an Arsenal supporter
Mikel Arteta has revealed that he's always supported Arsenal and admired us for the philosophies we uphold with this week marking four years since he made his debut for us against Swansea City, he told Arsenal Player. Arteta arrived during a hectic deadline day alongside four other players, including our current vice-captain Per Mertesacker after what was a shambolic window. The Spaniard has since enjoyed a meteoric rise through the ranks and is now an important member of our squad with his club captaincy a representation of that.
