Thierry Henry Happy For Anthony Martial After Wonder Debut
It has been reported that Arsenal legend Thierry Henry was full of praise for Anthony Martial after his goalscoring debut for Manchester United. The French international striker, who has been compared to Henry after his arrival from Monaco for a world-record fee, cut in from the left wing, beat Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel and finished past Simon Mignolet in a way that was reminiscent of the France legend at his best. 'I'm happy for him,' said the former Gunners striker on Sky Sports after the game. 'They're wondering if he spoke English – he proved he did with the ball. 'I love the finish, it's a great finish for me. He freezes the keeper by looking up before he hits it.'
