Arsenal's Olivier Giroud earns 3/10 for a harmful display in 2-1 Zagreb defeat

Dinamo Zagreb were able to pull a surprise victory over Arsenal after Olivier Giroud was sent off in the first half and goals from Josip Pivaric and Junior Fernandes. Arsenal opened their Champions League Group F campaign with a risible 2-1 defeat to Dinamo Zagreb in a match which saw Olivier Giroud sent off before half-time. The French striker was dismissed after being shown two silly yellow cards and a much-changed Arsenal struggled as they slumped to a 2-1 deficit. Arsene Wenger's decision to make six changes and rotate his side just six games into the season seemed chiefly responsible for a disjointed performance.
