Arsene Wenger aims sly dig at Tottenham and Liverpool ahead of Chelsea clash
GETTY DIFFICULT VIEWING: Wenger's side lost to Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday After Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City all lost in midweek, concerns have been raised that England's UEFA coefficient could drop below Italy's, meaning the Premier League would only get three Champions League spots. Spain currently top the country coefficient ranking table, with Germany now ahead of England, and Italy in fourth place, some way clear of Portugal and France. But with coefficient points also awarded for performances in the Europa League, Wenger is looked to share the blame.
