BREAKING: Huge blow for Man City as David Silva is RULED OUT of clash against West Ham United

Manchester City have suffered a massive blow in the build up to their Premier League clash against West Ham United tonight as influential midfielder David Silva has been ruled out through injury. The Spanish playmaker, who missed the 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace last weekend with an ankle problem, was initially named in the starting XI for the game at the Etihad Stadium and was set to forge an exciting midfield trio alongside Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne. However, Silva sustained an injury in the warm up and his place in the side has gone to compatriot Jesus Navas and that will likely result in De Bruyne occupying the no.10 role on his full debut just behind the lone striker...
