Arsenal transfer report: Arsene Wenger planning to move for Juventus defender Daniele Rugani
Arsenal look set to reignite their interest in Juventus defender Daniele Rugani. The Gunners were heavily linked with the young Italian during the summer transfer window but found Juve unwilling to negotiate. However, according to Calcio Mercato, Arsene Wenger will order the club's chief negotiators to re-establish contact with the Old Lady about a possible transfer in January. Wenger, whose side have made another unconvincing start to the campaign, is thought to be a long-term admirer of Rugani and has sent scouts to Turin to watch him on numerous occasions.
