Arsenal boss sends trusted scout to monitor top January transfer target
The January transfer rumours are starting already, with Arsenal scouts sent to watch Italian defender Daniele Rugani, according to Italian publication Calcio Mercato. The injury to Laurent Koscielny aside (via Arsenal.com), we look fairly well set for central defenders. We have three quality senior centre-backs, while Calum Chambers is waiting in the wings if needed – not to mention Nacho Monreal and Mathieu Debuchy able to play there when in a pinch. Despite a plethora of options, we have been heavily linked with a move for Rugani in the past. Arsene Wenger is clearly a fan of the 21-year-old, and the Italian report claims he sent a trusted scout to watch Italy's Under-21 clash...
